Can I just say that I'm really, really glad this wasn't my Valentine? I'm sure he's a lovely man and all...... and Jesus loves him mightily...... but still, I'm grateful for the sweetheart I have, the precious, no-back-hair bundle of love that he is.

Well, wow. Thanks for sharing. I'm so glad to be in on the short list! I have a lot of thoughts, so here goes....
I think something happens to us in our mid-30's where we start to long for something more. Going deeper, having your inner thoughts matter, touching the creative/artistic side of yourself... all of these reasons and more, I'm sure. But there is something about sharing your inner thoughts and struggles (that you don't really get to speak out loud day to day) in the format of a blog that does feel good and somewhat freeing. And like it somehow really matters. Even if it is only to you.
So I'm glad you're blogging. And very glad to get to read it. I loved all the postings and getting to hear your inner thoughts. I loved every word of it!!!
You should defintely share it with your inner circle of friends. It is special.
AND... you've made me realize that I don't have to write a diatribe every time I sit down. So you've inspired me to try to tackle mine more often now. Thank you.
